Force paste as plaintext option doesn't work anymore

Hi,

I shifted the 3.1 v to 3.2 v and kept the same config.
But now the force paste as plaintext option doesn't work anymore.

Is it a bug or do I missed something ?

Sorry, I mean the 3.0.1v to 3.2v.
I tested the 3.1v and it contains the same issue, when I press the ctrl + v keys pop up panel
doesn't appear. :evil:
Am I the only person who's experiencing that problem ?

I press Ctrl+V and the data is pasted directly as plain text without any dialog. What's wrong?
