Force paste as plain text not working for Ctrl-V in Firefox

config.forcePasteAsPlainText = true;

This works for Ctrl-V in IE9 and Chrome, however not in Firefox, tested for Firefox 13, 12 + 11.

Does anyone know if this is a known issue?
