Hi,
I use the PHP method to load a CKEditor instance and it's content. It's pretty much simurair to the default php example: http://nightly.ckeditor.com/latest/cked ... dalone.php
The problem I have is that all is loaded from the same domain. So the editor and all the content (images etc.) are loaded from the same domain.
Because of this, the editor first loads all the images in the page, and then the editor displays. Since I have a page that includes a lot of images, it takes a while before the editor is visible.
Before CKEditor, we used FCKeditor 2.6. That used to load the editor first, and after that load it's content.
So the difference is that FCKeditor loads the editor first, and after that it loads the content. CKEditor loads the editor and the content simultaneously. This causes the editor to display (very) delayed.
Is it possible to set CKEditor to load the content only when the editor is fully loaded, using the 'PHP-method'?
I hope the problem is clear, and maybe someone knows a solution for this.
Thanks in advance!
