First click for focus scrolls to top

In my application and also on http://ckeditor.com/demo if you scroll content area down before clicking for focus in the content, when you do click for focus the content scrolls back to the top even though the insertion point is made correctly. But you can no longer see the insertion point as it is scrolled off the bottom of the scroll view.

Is there a fix for this slightly annoying behaviour. I think older version of ckeditor did not behave this way.
