Firefox Cursor Disappears

Using ckeditor in a dojo app.

1) I click in the ckeditor, type some text.
2) Click on another tab (ckeditor is hidden).
3) Click back. Click inside ckeditor.

I can type text, but the cursor is invisible.

Narrowed it down to: If you set the style of the element containing the ckeditor instance to display:none, and then display:visible, the problem reproduces.

Please, don't bump. That won't help you at all.

Firefox has always had problems if the display of an editable element is changed, and it usually requires some trick like disabling/enabling the contentEditable in order to behave properly again.

Ok, no more bumping.
