File/Image upload

I read in a post that file/image upload would be supported in the first stable release. Now that it is here, can somehow show how to configure/enable file/image upload please?

I've tried to integrate the CKfinder and it seems to be OK, but when I have choosen an image in the CKfinder-window, I not come back to the CKeditor-image-window. So I can't use the CKfinder for choosing an image.
The same installation of CKfinder is working with the fckeditor 2.641 correctly.
Where can I get help for this problem?

I think this is the same problem I came up against. Images upload fine and show up for FCKeditor, but don't show up for CKeditor because CKeditor will not support baseHref configurations until version3.1 coming out in december. This means you won't be able to define the base path for relative links on images.

With the new version of ckfinder my problem has been solved.
