Error show buttons

I have a problem to the show the buttons of the CKEditor, they are not show and appear with html code.
Can help me?, I attach a image.

Hi Anna,

The CKEditor version is CKEditor 3.5.2, it is a integrate with Vignette(OpenText) Content Management version 7.6.
The ckeditor is into iframe html tag.
I place the code into output_html.html (example) the javascript code working fine.
I attach a file with html code generated.

CKEditor 3.5.2 lots of important improvements and fixes were introduced since that time

But you know because the buttons appear with html code? "onkeydown="return CKEDITOR.tools.callFunction(>"
The integration of ckeditor is mine. In others contents the ckeditor is working fine. But i need to know as produced this error. You never have occurred this. I need to know by where I go.
