Hi,
i've just installed the ckeditor as a modul of drupal.
It works great! I've managed it, to define some profiles for my textfields and areas, so i can use both, full and basic toolbar.
Than i installed the imce-file-manager module.
All looks great.
I can upload new files or select existing files and send the url back to ckeditor.
But there is only the "Image" button in the toolbar. So if i select a doc or pdf on the server and send it back to the ckeditor, i will only get a red X, cuz this files ar no images 
Is there any pre-definde button for files? I tryed "file" but no button appears.
I use the news available version (3.1-beta) of ckeditor.
