Editing a skin (problems)

I am having the HARDEST time editing the v2 skin to match my website...

I went into the source folder and grabbed the dialog.css and opened it up for editing...

I searched and replaced the color #f1f1e3 to #f0f0f0 because I want the background to be a different color.

Once I did that I get an anomally in the corner of the dialog - you can see the attached before and after images...

Can anyone PLEASE help here? I have no idea what is going on...
