Difference between ckeditor/demo and sample

I discovered that a different between them .
in the official demo,
if i typed some words and style them. after that i pressed enter,
next new line will be clean formatted.

for the sample package, all demos keeps styling after enter pressed.

is there any "flag" or setting about this behaviour??
