Configuring the tabs

Hi how can I remove some elements in a particulat tab
For example the Target (_blank etc.) textfield in the Link tab of the image window

How can remove an item from the select element linkType :
Dialog window name : link
Tab name : info
Element ID : linkType
Element type : select
the item : transform link into anchor in th text
