Checkboxlist and Radiobuttonlist components pulled from ajax

Hello,

I would like to ask whether somebody developed CKEditor with checkboxlist/radiobutton list plugin. I need to let user design a questionnaire, where he could use this components based on codelists that are stored somewhere in database. I need to develop plugin, in which I can user let pick codelist source from database and based on its properties will be generated list of checkboxes corresponding to each value in codelist table.
Or does there even exist extension for select ui component which would pull list of values for select box from ajax source?
