CKfinder creates a folder on my server that i cannot delete

I've just installed ckeditor with ckfinder on my website.
And when i clicked on browse (the image button from ckeditor toolbar) a new folder with the directory structure ckfinder/userfiles/images appeared in my publichtml directory . I want to use for image upload a folder called docs/images, it is also in the root. ckeditor it is installed in a folder called jscripts and ckfinder in jscripts/ckeditor/ckfinder.
The folder in my root, ckfinder it cannot be deleted,renamed,nothing can be changed,also available for it's subfolders.
