CKeditor 3.0 beta 2 : French translation + comments

Hi everybody !

First, congratulations for CKeditor !
Some of news functionality are very interesting ! So i have made a complete french translation of beta 2 version.

Comments for "en.js":
outdent: [...] appears twice
pasteMsg: [...] and pastefromword{advice: [...]} are not coherent (<strong>)

some langDirXXX: [...] are not coherent (end by (XXX) or not)

In french, the popup image has too small width, and there are no spaces before almost of fields...
