CKFinder not uploading wrong folder

I am uploading files from here : http://dev.cmsadmin.insead.edu/sites/content/index.cfm
to the website http://dev.faculties.insead.edu/a4


http://dev.cmsadmin.insead.edu/ = Located in D:\JCMS\

http://dev.faculties.insead.edu/a4 = Located in D:\facultysites\a4

When I upload files using CKFinder, it goes into D:\JCMS\a4 , instead of D:\facultysites\a4

In config.cfm , I have config.baseUrl = "http://dev.faculties.insead.edu/a4/";
I even tried config.baseDir = D:\facultysites\a4

Nothing worked, please help.!
