CKEditor3 IE8 Bug ( Clicking into the editor )

I like the editor a lot and don't know if this is the right place to mention this but I've noticed that in the current nightly build you can't click into the editor in IE8 unless you click directly on existing HTML.

For example if you have an empty editor you can only click into it by clicking where the first <p></p> is. Clicking below it won't place the editing caret in the editor.
