CKEditor onpaste event

Hello All,

How do i capture an onpaste event?

What i would like to do is grab the content of the html that is being pasted (via CTRL+V) on to the editor and some text to it and then insert it into the editor.

I was looking into this ticket: http://dev.fckeditor.net/ticket/1427

And looks like this has been fixed in CKEditor 3.1. Is this version released yet?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
