CKEditor and Drupal problem with add new user

Hi,
I try add new user to my drupal page and I can't do it because i fidback information
Fatal error: Call to undefined function ckeditor_user_delegate() in.../modules/ckeditor/ckeditor.module on line 82
I can't find information about this problem
