CKEditor Scrollbar is not working

I am using ckeditor 3.6.2.0 in my application.When I add bulk amount of data into CKEditor and then click on Vertical scrollbars,it is not scrolling up and down.Scrollbars seems to be in disabled mode.I found this issue in Firefox.It is working fine in IE8,9 and Google Chrome.
