CKEditor in MFC
has anyone integrated ckeditor in MFC? If so, please share how you got around it (especially plugin's folder path)

I am using MFC and Dynamic HTML and want to include the ckeditor in one of my pages. The page shows up correctly, but the editor is missing. Here is what it looks like (see attachment).
Any ideas how to get around it?
