CKEditor "Lite"

Apologies if this has been discussed previously.

I'd like to start using CKEditor and CKFinder, but want to strip out any non-required files to minimise the number of files etc.

Is there any documentation to explain what files are required, and what can be removed?

I've tried stripping out what I think are demo files etc etc, only to find the editor no longer loads, and gives a "editorObj.config is undefined" error. So before I remove files, test, remove more, test, I was hoping there might be a definitive list of required / non-required files.
