In reality: create a ticket on the Development site, then go to GitHub, clone the repository, and create a branch named "t/NNNNN", where NNNNN is the ticket number on the Dev site. When you are done, create a pull request on GH. And you can also write a comment in the ticket that your patch is ready to be reviewed to make extra sure that no one will miss it. Thank you!
