BUG in CKEDITOR

Hi,

I have found a bug in the CKEditor 3. When you apply the italic or bold button on arabic text or even when you press a new line (paragraphs) , CKEDITOR will transform the whole text into cryptic square symbols. I have used your multi-language interface demo on your website in the Google Chrome browser.

I also have a question: how can I change the default code that is generated by the CKEDITOR's GUI buttons and behaviours. For example, I want to generate a <br/> instead of a <p> when the user presses Enter and I want to apply some CSS (e.g. text-decoration:italics) when the user presses the Italics button on the toolbar.
