Auto-complete for CKE 3?

I've looked everywhere but cannot find any discussion about integrating the jQuery auto-complete (or derivatives like asuggest) into CKEditor. The problem I'm having is that CKE uses an iFrame/html element instead of a textarea, so there's nothing for me to attach to.

Is there a HOWTO or link to an existing way to do this?

Thanks for the reply. I did the same thing and have seen those same postings on SO. I would not mind doing the plumbing myself, if someone could point me in the right direction on the internals of CKE.

Seems like this would be a really useful feature (code completion, names, filenames, any keywords for special-purpose editing). I have seen this feature implemented for the more "markup editor" type tools, I wonder if it's a differentiator for folks making that choice?
