Alignment for image set but not working (solved)

A newbie here so bear with me, using Drupal - D6, CKEditor 3.6.2. I upload an image and set alignment left . While I'm editing the content the words wrap around the image and it looks great. However, once I save the content the word wrapping around the image is almost completely lost. The first line only of the paragraph wraps at the very bottom of the image while the rest of the image has no text wrapped.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Hi,

Try to change input format to Full HTML.
Filtered HTML strip a lot of tags - u can change filtered tags in Drupal settings.

I added into the "allowed html tags" those that are reccommended by CKeditor. So that shouldn't be a problem. Just for kicks I changed to full html and that didn't fix the issue. The problem still exists, words not wrapping around image except for the first ssentence only.
