Adding, Moving, Deleting elements from Dialog

Hi there,

I would like to know if it's possible to adding, moving or deleting, elements from any dialog pages (Image, Link, etc.) And how is it possible to do that ?
In fact, i would like to create a "<input type='file'..." into the "Images Properties" below the exisiting fields (Alt for exemple), i will have all the fields in only one page, and i will delete the "Upload" tab.
