Add some data fields for image opened by link

Hi.

As I KNOW this cannot be too hard, then I as for help about adding some fields to CKEditor.
I need to add a possibility for defining ID= and REL= for the image that will be opened by a link.
If I insert image and add hyperlink to it there is only possible to add the target value.

As I am not the best describer then ...

how can I add fields to CKEdtior to give me possibility to add those two values to specific location
