And I looked for other preferences that might matter. Don't see anything. I have no widgets installed either.

I uninstalled Opera, deleted the folder it left behind, then reinstalled. It works with FCKeditor now!

This seems to happen in Opera 9.5 if the page content is longer than the browser window, and the FCKEditor window is at least partially in the area that would be off-screen if you had the scrollbar at the top of the window:

When typing in FCKeditor's text entry window, the entire page will jump whenever you press 'enter'. The page will scroll so that the line you are typing on is at the bottom of the browser window.

This happens both with the FCKeditor demo page on this site and with my own installation.

Is this a problem for other people, or something to do with my installation of Opera?

Any idea's when 2.6.2 will be available?

In Opera 9.5 Final release on Windows Vista, (maybe also XP, i have only checked with Vista), try the demo and when pressing bold, italics and many other buttons, text is jumping down in textearea. Press multiple times and text is also jumping multiple times. Really weird. Quite annoying. Otherwise... great release.
