Configuring width and height in config.js

My config.js changes all seem to work except for width and height. I can change these by doing it on the fly in the application, but it seems to return to the default size if I put them in config.js. I am formating the lines just like my other config lines, and have tried a absolute number and also pixels. What am I missing?

Try setting width and height as properties:

var finder = new CKFinder();
finder.basePath = '/ckfinder/';
// Setting custom width and user language.
finder.width = 700;
finder.create();
