    The recommended way to install all CKEditor add-ons is to create a custom build by using CKBuilder. To do that, click the Add to my editor button on the plugin page. When you are done, click the Build my editor button on the right side of the page to go to CKBuilder.

    Note: This add-on is already selected to be a part of your current build.

    Add-on Installation Instructions

    If you want to add the plugin manually, you will need to:

    1. Extract the downloaded plugin .zip into the plugins folder of your CKEditor installation. Example:
    2. Enable the plugin by using the extraPlugins configuration setting. Example:
      config.extraPlugins = 'pastefromword';
    3. Download and configure all its dependencies, too.

    there is a strange issue while pasting from Word 2010: If I use the paste from word dialog, and I paste the formatted text  form the clipboard into the dialog, the alignment of the text (centered, justified etc.) is still OK, so it seems, that the filtering of the MSOffice ouput is OK, but when I click on the button to proceed, the final text in the CKEditor goes wrong, loses alignment.

    How can I fix this?

    Any help is welcome :)

    Best regards,

      I am on Win7 and Chrome, but Firefox behaves the same, too.

        Hi and thanks for the answer.

        I have tried to set these settings false and true, but nothing has changed, althought the config.js is in use for sure, because the toolbar can be modified with the changeing of the config.js file.

        I do not know what is my mistake, or is it my mistake at all. Only bold and italic formatting not loses, but the font face, the alignment is gone anyway.

        I have found a working solution, can be tested here: http://pastepad.fivefilters.org/
        my guestion is, that is there any problem with this from your opinion?

        the simple solution is:
        $(document).ready(function() { CKEDITOR.on('instanceReady', function( ev ) { ev.editor.on( 'paste', function( evt ) { evt.data['html'] = '<!-- class="Mso" -->'+evt.data['html']; }, null, null, 9); }); });

        Hmm, I have figured out finally, that the solution above is not good for CKEDITOR4.

        But, I have downloaded CKeditor 3.6.2, and it do not need any solution, it treats paste from word perfectly.

        It seems, that it was a working feature, but because a bug or something else, this feature has went wrong.
