The recommended way to install all CKEditor add-ons is to create a custom build by using CKBuilder. To do that, click the Add to my editor button on the plugin page. When you are done, click the Build my editor button on the right side of the page to go to CKBuilder.

    Add-on Installation Instructions

If you want to add the plugin manually, you will need to:

    1. Extract the downloaded plugin .zip into the plugins folder of your CKEditor installation. Example:
    2. Enable the plugin by using the extraPlugins configuration setting. Example:
      config.extraPlugins = 'texzilla';
    3. Download and configure all its dependencies, too.

    Add-on Dependencies

    No additional dependencies.

Note: The plugin may have additional requirements. Check the add-on page and documentation for more details.

  1. It really cool! But I want to realize a function like this:http://code.google.com/p/gezhu/. It base on Latex. But I don't know how to use it.

    Besides,my English is so poor.

    • Sorry but I don't speak japanese and is a little hard to me understanding what this LaTeX package does. Can you give me a example in english?

      • This plugin is limited to convert only (La)Tex math environment. Sorry about it didn't do what you want.

  2. How I wish you can speak Chinese!

  3. Hi i tried to use this with the CKeditor builder with (La)TeX2MathML build in and i got the following error:

Uncaught Error: Module name "system" has not been loaded yet for context: _. Use require([])
    http://requirejs.org/docs/errors.html#notloaded require.js:166
Uncaught Error: [CKEDITOR.dialog.openDialog] Dialog "texzillaDialog" failed when loading definition.

    Any ideas?

    • Could you inform the version of CKeditor that you try? Maybe something change and I need to update the plugin.

      • The  CKeditor version is 4.4.4 which is build using CKbuilder with the full package. Hope it helps!

        • Sorry for the delay. I try with the last version of CKEditor available at GitHub and didn't get the error when trying the sample provide at the source code of this plugin.

Searching at Stack Overflow, adventurer said "I found that some of the plugins were conflicting" and maybe this was your case. If not, please let me know.
