Your page's styles are conflicting with CKEditor's styles. We'll try to use CSS reset for those elements (called drag handlers). I reported a ticket for this issue: http://dev.ckeditor.com/ticket/11066

Could you try to debug which of your styles break that drag handler and let us know, so we can fix this?

Ok found some more info,
Have not been able to find what does it, other than img being set to 100%, removing that fixes something but its still not working like it should
