Verify validity of a path for temporary files. You possibly would like to edit php.ini (in your apache\bin and your php folder)
Verify / update:

Edit Code:
\fckeditor\editor\filemanager\upload\php\upload.php
Create the folders;
\UserFiles
\UserFiles\file
\UserFiles\images
\UserFiles\flash
\UserFiles\media
(Make sure to enable 777 write permissions on the folders.)
Done.
