Update Value Rich Combo when adding a value in a text box (external to CKeditor) with jquery

Hi

I'm entering a value in a text box (Data Label.PNG) and when i click in a button, i want this value to be added in the Rich Combo Box Plugin added to CKeditor (CKeditor.PNG)
