I am looking to use an editor like CKEditor however the requirements for the application is that any 3rd party code have a testing suite. I could not find any tests or specs folders in the source on github, perhaps I overlooked it. Also didn't see any documentation on running tests in the dev guide. I did find this draft: https://dev.ckeditor.com/wiki/Testing
Question: Is there any automated testing for CKEditor version 4?
Of course we have a testing
Of course we have a testing suite, but unfortunately we haven't made it public yet. Its form needs a lot of polishing and we haven't got time recently to do that. Also, these articles on wiki are outdated. A lot has changed in CKE4 and we still haven't updated these things.
I think that after 4.2 we will stop coding for a while and move our focus to the tests runner, wiki articles and other resources, because we were coding constantly for like... 2 years. It's a little bit too long now :).
Anyway, I can't give you an access to our tests repo, but I can give you some details if that would be enough to fulfill that requirement :)
E.g. here's a cloc result:
