I am more than surprised by
these news. I am not sure how Delphi placed orders when the product was
needed and we had a vendor account. Otherwise, I am not sure how Delphi
can place orders without this.
While we appreciate all of the
logistics, it is really becoming more difficult to explain these issues as they
keep coming up.
I will have a meeting with
NCC/UCC management later on today at my 2 PM. I will appreciate a time line on
this and I am afraid that it will have to be a short one.
We want to help and all have
worked hard at providing all of the details required.
We have just run out of time.
Please let us know when you will
have this resolved. I am hopeful that your response is prior to 3 PM and
that it is one with an incredible sense of urgency.

I am Lory, Laura's backup while is is out of office.
Please excuse for the late reply but we had to do some investigations in
order to understand the issue.
I searched the invoices from the Hungary statement in our system but they
were all missing, i then asked for help from our scanning center.
The scanning center informed us that the reason why these invoices were not
scanned is because they were issued incorrectly to Delphi Electronic Overseas
Co. instead of Delphi Hungary.
Some of the invoices mentioned in the attachment were already rejected for
the same reason.
In order for us to be able to book and pay the invoices they should be issued
correctly to

I have attached the statement of
accounts for both Liverpool and Hungary. We have re-sent the invoices via
email and even sent hard copies of the invoices via Fedex. Neil Clifton
with Liverpool made sure that all of the Liverpool invoices were entered before
he left. Mangesh has promised that a payment would be made on 6/15;
however, we have asked for an amount and have asked for remittance advices on
the 3 invoices that John has mentioned below and have not received any of this
information. We also cannot get any information regarding when a payment
will be made for the Hungary balance. This has been ongoing for months
now. UCC is getting very frustrated. Please help us in getting this
resolved.

only these shipments, and some from your file are unknown for us.

Find attached update of your statement of account. I have
checked and commented on all Liverpool shipments with the exception of part
number 28036826. This is the biggest tangle to unravel and I will work on this
early part of next week. There are a number of line items that can be marked for
payment right away and several more that can be processed once the PO is updated
on our system with the correct price. This will be done early next week also. As
soon as I have the same update for part number 28036826 I will forward the
update to you.
Miklos / Eva,
You will need to do the same for the parts shipped directly
to Szombathely and notify UCC of the PO number for Hungary. I have separated
these out on a separate tab on the attached.
