Hello
I have installed FCKEditor into Moodle but I noticed that 2.4 does not have a Universal Keyboard.
How can I add it ?
Or do i have to revert back to a previous version

Re: Universal Keyboard missing from 2.4
I, too, want to be able to use (especially Greek) characters in FCKEditor 2.43
Search support for 'universal keyboard' and you will find reference to a plugin that has been written to put this back - sounds like the easiest route
Or you can just put it back where it was, using an older version of the editor (this is what I did):
Download an older copy of FCKEditor that has the keyboard (I used 2.2)
Add the folder: 'editor/dialog/fck_universalkey' from 2.2 to your new copy
and the file: 'editor/dialog/fck_universalkey.html'
Then you need to add a line to two files in editor/_source/internals: (You could copy these from the versions in 2.2, or just cut and paste the text below)
This line needs addings to fcktoolbars.js
case 'UniversalKey' : oItem = new FCKToolbarButton( 'UniversalKey', FCKLang.UniversalKeyboard , null, null, false, true, 44) ; break ;
This line needs adding to fckcommands.js
case 'UniversalKey' : oCommand = new FCKDialogCommand( 'UniversalKey', FCKLang.UniversalKeyboard , 'dialog/fck_universalkey.html', 415, 300 ) ; break ;
Then you need to change the compressed js files to reflect the changes you've made in the two source files. To do that, you download 'fckpackager.exe' from the FCK support site (http://dev.fckeditor.net/browser/FCKpackager/trunk) to the main fckeditor folder and run it – job done
