Hey guys / gals,
Before I start, here are the errors I get when I build the site:
Error 1 Request for the permission of type 'System.Web.AspNetHostingPermission, System, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' failed. Z:\JS\ckfinder\core\connector\aspx\connector.aspx 1
Error 2 Request for the permission of type 'System.Web.AspNetHostingPermission, System, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' failed. Z:\JS\ckfinder\config.ascx 1
Error 3 Unknown server tag 'CKFinder:Config'. Z:\JS\ckfinder\core\connector\aspx\connector.aspx 20
This is being used on a Windows 2008 Server running .NET 3.5.
I have copied the CKFinder.dll to the sites /BIN directory.
Any idea's?
Thanks!

Sorry for confusion, I was thinking about whether perhaps you have something like <trust level="Low" /> in web.config, CKFinder should work fine in Medium trust.
I don't have much experience in Asp.Net coding, however usually System.Web.AspNetHostingPermission errors come from .net security configuration.
Perhaps try searching in google for "System.Web.AspNetHostingPermission" and check some solutions, like for example:

I still haven't looked at a Windows 2008 server, but the following threads may be useful to help understanding and fixing this issue:
