I recently updated FCKeditor to Version 2.5 and I am trying to utilize the CKFinder with it.
First, I am confused with the first step of the installation instructions. --"Copy the distribution files to your web server inside the "/ckfinder/" folder or any other folder in your web site."
Does this mean copy the contents of the CKFinder into the FCKeditor folder(s)? If so where do I copy them within the CKFinder folder? Or do I copy the entire contents of the FCKeditor into the new CKFinder folder?
Currently, the structure is /system/admin/editor/fckeditor.js and any such related files and folders to implement fckeditor.
Is it a problem that I am developing on localhost? I switched IIS to have APS 2.0.
A thorough step by step explanation of how to install CKFinder would be very helpful.
Please and thank you! Happy Holidays.

Re: Implementing CKFinder with Version 2.5
Is this progress relative to the error I previously posted??? =[
Re: Implementing CKFinder with Version 2.5
How soon until the CKFinder for ASP is released?
Re: Implementing CKFinder with Version 2.5
However if you have problems with getting FCKeditor + CKFinder to work, place CKfinder in the sibling folder of the FCKeditor folder.
So if FCKeditor is installed in \system\admin\editor\, put CKFinder in \system\admin\ckfinder\.
Also, please note that the samples provided with CKFinder assume that FCKeditor is installed in fckeditor directory.
So to run the samples, you must correct the BasePath in _samples/xxx/fckeditor.xxx.
The other option to run FCKeditor + CKFinder would be to install them in the following directories:
/path/to/same/directory/fckeditor
/path/to/same/directory/ckfinder
everything should run out of the box then (after you adjust the config file - enable CKFinder and set the baseUrl/baseDir).
