I've recently installed a clean copy of FCKEditor 2.6.4 and implemented a small hack to make the file location dynamic. I set a session variable on the page I have the editor to point to the new location, and I set the Config.ServerPath equal to that value in my config.cfm. The only problem with this is that it seems to loose the value of the session variable when you go to the file browser. It kicks back an bad XML message which contains a CF error stating that the session value is not defined. If you close out the file browser and refresh the editor page, you can then go in and everything works fine.
It appears that on first load, FCKEditor can't figureout what session it is you are using to hit the page..
Could this be compounded by being in a cluster? We are running two CF instances with session replication, so I wondered if one of the servers might not be getting the right info.
