Can't delete uploaded Files Names BIG5 Code (Asp.Net 2.0)

I'm testing ckfinder on a Windows2003,Asp.Net 2.0,all fuction are work,
but Upload File and has a Delete Problem...

I can't Delete Files names in BIG5 Code as attchments


is this problem was CKFinder defects or my environment setting problem....
