### `getBalloonCellPositionData( editor ) → Partial<DomOptimalPositionOptions>` _(internal)_

Returns the positioning options that control the geometry of the [contextual balloon](module_ui_panel_balloon_contextualballoon-ContextualBalloon.md) with respect to the selected table cell in the editor content.
