# FindAndReplaceConfig

The configuration of the find and replace feature. The option is used by the [`FindAndReplace`](module_find-and-replace_findandreplace-FindAndReplace.md) feature.

```typescript
ClassicEditor
  .create( {
	findAndReplace: ... // Find and replace feature config.
  } )
  .then( ... )
  .catch( ... );
```

## Properties

### `uiType?: 'dialog' | 'dropdown'`

The type of the find and replace UI opened by the `'findAndReplace'` button registered in the editor's [component factory](module_ui_componentfactory-ComponentFactory.md)

The default value is `'dialog'`.
