Charles Perrin Tulsa

With a highly successful history of serving as the CEO for numerous companies, Charles Perrin of Tulsa collaborated with Quantum Energy Partners in 2002 to form Rockford Energy Partners I, and eventually, Rockford Energy Partners II in 2005. After he sold the company in 2008, the establishment rebranded itself as Rockford Energy Partners III before its final sale in 2012.
