In IE10 or 9 using ckfinder I have the following javascript error: "SCRIPT1002: Syntax error" in ckfinder.html, line 2 character 1 . I succeed to reproduce the issue also on demo page. I have on client machine IE 10 installed on Win 7 x64. If I change the "browser mode" in IE Developer tools to IE10 OR IE9 I have the error. If I set "browser mode" in IE Developer tools to IE8 the error disappear.
I attached a picture with the error reproduce on demo ckfinder page.

I have the exact same problem
It is difficult to determine the cause, though it appears that CKFinder is choking on the first newline it encounters in the ckfinder.html file. Perhaps it is being loaded and executed as a string as part of a JS call stack. However, I tried to insert \ (backslash) characters at the ends of the first few lines, but this did not escape the newlines as expected.
I hope we'll get a fix soon!
