I have been using FCKEditor for years and everything has always worked great.
I have a duplicate installation of the FCKEditor and my code on 4 machines.
3 Windows 2000 servers and one 2003 server.
Today the Windows 2003 server decided to throw a "The server didn't reply with a proper XML data. Please check your configuration." error. It has been working for for 3 years - but not today.
I use the .ASP connector on all machines.
I have trie4d the test.html file and it fails.
When I further look into the error I also get
XML request error: Internal Server Error (500)
msxml3.dll error 80072efe
The connection to the server was terminated abnormally.
/lm/w3svc/7/root/global.asa
No changes to the server or code in the past several months (not on the live servers anyway).
I have spent the past 4 hours looking for a solution - to no avail - there are a lot of people who get this, but none of the solutions are applicable to me?

At home (This problem is not present with Safari browser).
The problem coming a bad file (name) in the directory 'image, data, file...'.
Warning, the bad file is not listed (see) by FileZilla.
I use ftp (command line) for identified a bad file and 'mdelete' command and a joker (ex: Toto*) for delete bad file.
